ABUBOO LIMITED ("we", "us", "our") operates the mobile game "Ogun Warrior" (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the Game, how it is used, and the choices you have. By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to this Policy.
1. No account required
The Game does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email, phone number, or other directly identifying personal information to play. Your game progress (levels, upgrades, currency, settings) is stored locally on your device.
2. Information collected automatically
To display advertising and to keep the Game working and improving, the Game and our third-party partners may automatically collect limited technical information, including:
- a device advertising identifier (e.g., Google Advertising ID);
- device and app information (device model, operating system version, language, app version);
- approximate location derived from your IP address (country/region level), and your IP address;
- app usage and diagnostic data (e.g., levels played, crashes, performance).
We do NOT collect your contacts, photos, precise GPS location, microphone, or files.
3. How we use information
- operate, maintain, and improve the Game;
- display and measure advertisements (including rewarded ads you choose to watch);
- detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse;
- understand aggregate usage to improve gameplay and performance.
4. Advertising
The Game is free and supported by advertising, including banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads. Ads are provided by third-party advertising partners (for example, Google AdMob and the ad networks it mediates). These partners may use the advertising identifier and the technical data above to serve, cap, and measure ads, and — where permitted — to show personalized ads.
You can control ad personalization at any time:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization" and "Reset advertising ID".
Opting out does not remove ads; it makes them less personalized.

Our advertising and analytics partners process data under their own privacy policies, including:

6. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share the limited technical data described above only with the advertising and service providers listed above, solely to operate the Game and show ads.
7. Children's privacy
The Game is intended for a general audience and is NOT directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Data retention & security
Local game progress remains on your device until you delete the Game or clear its data. Technical/advertising data is retained by our partners per their policies. We apply reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain data, and to opt out of personalized advertising. To request deletion of data associated with you, email us and we will act within a reasonable time.
10. International users
The Game is available in multiple countries. Information may be processed by our service providers in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
